In addition, it is expected that the check-in start time (15 o'clock) will be very crowded on schedules such as big events held in the neighborhood.
If you are short on time, please check with your local staff to store your luggage and check in when you return.
Q.Can I check in before 3:00 p.m.?
A.If your room is ready, we can show you to your room. However, we can not provide any guarantees, as this depends on varying room availability and cleaning schedules.
If you require a guaranteed early check-in, please make a room reservation from the previous day of your arrival.
Q.Can I check out later?
A.Check-out is out 12:00 noon.
Check-out time may differ depending on your accommodation plan. Please check when you make your reservation.
If you request a late check-out, the following additional charges apply.
Please note that depending on room availability, we may not be able to accommodate your request for a late check-out.
An additional charge of 1,500 yen/hour applies from 12:00 noon to 18:00 for a late check-out.
A full night’s accommodation is charged from 18:00 onwards.
Q. What if I arrive later than the check-in time?
A.Front Reception is open 24 hours a day. If you know your approximate arrival time, please let us know when you book or contact Front Reception. If you expect to be later than your scheduled arrival, be sure to contact us.
Q.Will you look after my luggage before check-in and after check-out?
A.The bell-hop desk on the second floor will look after your luggage.
Q. What is the cancellation due date? Is there a cancellation charge?
A.If you wish to cancel your booking, please do so no later than two days prior to the date of your scheduled stay.
Any cancellations after that date incurs the following cancellation fees in accordance with the hotel’s accommodation agreement.
Day before: 20% of the accommodation fee
Day of reservation: 80% of the accommodation fee
No-show (when the guest fails to contact the hotel): 100% of the accommodation fee

Q.If I book online or through a travel agency, can I take advantage of other discounts concurrently?
A.We do not accept concurrent use of other discounts.
Q.Do you have a children’s price? Also, up to what age may I co-sleep with my child in the same bed?
A.Children up to elementary school age may stay free of charge.
Further, one child may sleep in the same bed as an adult (excluding extra beds) free of charge.
(Example: One child may sleep in the same bed as an adult in a room with a queen bed. Two children may sleep in the same bed as an adult in a room with twin beds.)
*Breakfast is free for children under school age and 1,000 yen for children up to elementary school age.
Q.Is there a curfew?
A.While there is no curfew, some entry points to the hotel are locked during the evening for security purposes.
Please use the entrance on the 2nd floor to enter or leave the hotel.
Q.Am I able to specify a particular room number?
A.Room numbers are basically decided on the day, so such requests are not accepted.
We will, however, make every effort to accommodate guests’ wishes, so please ask when you make your booking.
Q.Is there another room with bath and toilet?
A.All guest rooms have a separate bath and toilet.
(Bathrooms have an overhead rain shower and separate washing area.)
Q.Do you have non-smoking rooms?
A.All guest rooms in the hotel are non-smoking, including e-cigarettes.
Q.Can I smoke e-cigarettes?
A.You may smoke e-cigarettes only in the dedicated smoking space.
Q.What amenities and equipment are in the rooms?
A.All guest rooms are fitted with the following amenities, etc.
Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand & face soap (pump bottle), toothbrush, shaver, brush, cotton balls, cotton buds, shower caps, drip coffee, green teabags, mineral water (1 bottle per guest).
Q.Can I borrow a Blu-ray player?
A.Blu-ray players are available for loan free of charge.
The number available is limited. Please reserve a player in advance.
Further, guests can also access applications such as Netflix and YouTube from their hotel room using their own ID.
Q.Do you have cots available?
A.A cot can be provided free of charge.
The number available is limited, so please advise your requirements when you book.
Cots may only be used for infants aged under 12 months.
Q.Do you have bed guards available?
A.Bed guards are available for loan free of charge.

Q.Can I use the internet in my room?
A.All guest rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi。You will need a password to access the Wi-Fi network、which you will find in the room.
Wireless LAN is also available in the lobby and in the restaurants.
We also have a limited number of laptop computers available to rent.

Q.Do you have any rooms that are adapted for people in wheelchairs?
A.Yes. Please note that only four rooms adapted for people in wheelchairs are available.
Q.Can I stay with my pet?
A.Guests are asked to refrain from bringing their pets into the hotel. However, assistance dogs and sight and hearing guide dogs can stay at the hotel.

Q.Are you able to take messages for me while I am staying at the hotel?
A.Yes, we will take messages. Please ask at Front Reception.
Q.Can I send my luggage ahead by courier service?
A.Write down the name of the staying guest and the date of the booking (check-in) on the form and send it to the following address by about three days prior to the check-in date.

Q.Can I send something by courier service from the hotel?
A.Luggage can be sent from the bell desk on the 2nd floor.
Cardboard packaging boxes for delivery are also available (charges apply).
Q.Can I use the hotel parking?
A.Part of the hotel opened early as part of the redevelopment of the West Exit of Kawasaki Station, but hotel parking cannot be used until the entire area has been completed (spring 2021). If you require carparking, you may use the nearby affiliated carpark.
(The affiliated carpark is located near the North Exit of JR Kawasaki Station and is approximately 10 minute’s walk from the hotel. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause hotel guests and thank you for your understanding.)

A.Reservations are not required at our restaurants, but we do recommend making a reservation for lunch and dinner.
Of course, walk-ins are also welcome if there are tables available on the day.
Reservations cannot be made for breakfast. We recommend that you allow ample time for breakfast.
