Terrace and Tableall-day dining

The "Terrace and Table" aspires to create a lively and vibrant dining experience. The bustling open kitchen provides lively enjoyment, preparing various dishes including French, Italian, Chinese and Asian cuisine. Just like a voyage of tastes around the world, the multinational dishes compose the "Voyage Buffet". Out on the terrace, we have one plate dishes as well as al fresco cuisine available. We also serve full-course dining to be enjoyed in private rooms.

The Chef

Executive Chef Akira Kobayashi

Joined Hotel New Otani in 1985. After working as the chef of the world-famous French restaurant "Tour d'Argent Tokyo" and the Italian restaurant "Bellevue (currently Vera Vista)", he has been the chef of the Hotel Metropolitan Italian restaurant "Fiorentina" since February 2005.
In September 2007, he was the chef of both the cuisine "Est" and the dining & bar "Ovest".
Since November 2016, he has been the chef of the all-day dining "Cross Dine".
From January 2019, he became the head chef of Hotel Metropolitan Kawasaki.
