Along with the marriage of mascarpone and Parmesan cheese—which pair perfectly with Shine Muscat—accents of black pepper and coriander spice create a deep harmony of flavors that subtlely changes with every bite.
Furthermore, the interwoven flavors of Earl Grey jelly, crumble, and a lemon and elderflower gelato add a refreshing and rich flair.

During the night time from 8:00p.m., the parfait is served with "Rum Raisin Ice Cream" and a sauce made from "Tiffin Tea Liqueur," offering a rich, deep, and relaxing moment for adults.
